Yes. Advertising covers design, printing and delivery. There is no invoice to your association — that has been the model since 2010, across 120 communities today. Optional upgrades exist, but the standard newsletter costs the community nothing.
You do. Your editor approves a proof of every issue before it prints. We place the ads; the articles, calendar and announcements are yours.
There is no fixed minimum. In Sarasota County we publish for communities from about 195 homes to 2,400. Whether a newsletter works depends on size and location — that is exactly what the form below tells us, and if yours doesn’t fit yet we’ll say so honestly.
