How it works

Your board sends the content. We do everything else.

1

The board sends content

Board updates, calendars, club news, photos — whatever residents should know. A volunteer editor sends it through our simple editor portal by the monthly deadline. No design skills needed.

2

We design and print it in Venice

Professional layout, proofed with your editor before a page runs, then printed on our own presses on Bahama Street — not sent out to a broker.

3

We deliver it to every home

Every issue goes to every home in the community. Local advertisers fund it, which is why the association never sees an invoice.

From New Port Richey on the Gulf side to Zephyrhills in the east, Pasco County communities get the same free, printed, delivered newsletter — produced on our own presses in Venice.

The questions every board asks

Is it really free?

Yes. Advertising covers design, printing and delivery. There is no invoice to your association — that has been the model since 2010, across 120 communities today. Optional upgrades exist, but the standard newsletter costs the community nothing.

Who controls the content?

You do. Your editor approves a proof of every issue before it prints. We place the ads; the articles, calendar and announcements are yours.

Is there a minimum community size?

There is no fixed minimum. In Pasco County we publish for communities from about 200 homes to 519. Whether a newsletter works depends on size and location — that is exactly what the form below tells us, and if yours doesn’t fit yet we’ll say so honestly.

What does the community commit to?

Content by the monthly deadline, and one person to be our editor contact. No design, no printing logistics, no delivery routes.

What kinds of communities do you serve?

HOAs, condominium associations, 55+ communities and manufactured-home communities — single-family and mobile-home communities alike, as the list above shows.
